They don't really care the hotel because the bar and restaurant downstairs could make more money. You could never found even a tiny smile on the face of the employees, may be they are too tired with the guests. There are too many tourists, they don't worry about number of guests, even with bad services. The bath is bad because you have to borrow keys from the reception and return it, if you want to have bath after 11 pm, it will be impossible, because there is no person in reception then. However, they don't care if you couldn't take a bath. The water is always changing temprature, too hot or too cold. The breakfast is very light, only bread and two "thin" meat for each person. You will not be allowed to store your bags after check out.
